One Body Service + Beach Baptism

When  Sunday, September 15 (see schedule below)
Who  Everyone--Invite your friends!
What  We are excited to celebrate all that God has done at Harvest with a day filled with Jesus, community and the beach!


One Body Service at Harvest Bible Chapel

There will be no 9a or 11a service. We will all worship together as One Body at 10a. All Harvest Kids will be available.

Beach Time at
Big Creek Park Marina
Pack your own lunch or pick up something from a nearby restaurant and bring it out to Big Creek Shelter 3 for an awesome afternoon of hanging out with your church family! Bring your own beach chairs and a refillable water bottle!

There are tons of activities available:

  • Group biking - 1:30pm - Meet at Pavilion 3 - All experience levels welcome!

  • Beach volleyball - 2:30pm - Hommer vs. Flaherty Small Group Showdown

  • Crafting - 3:00pm - Meet at Pavilion 3

  • Spike Ball Tournament - 3:30pm - Pick a partner to compete!

  • Photo Scavenger Hunt - Rolling start time - Organize a group to compete for a prize! Winners determined at 4;30pm!

  • Swimming

  • Yard games

  • Playground for kids

  • Board games

  • Boat rentals

This time is informal, so feel free to come to the beach any time 12:00-5:00p. However, we hope you’ll join your church family for a full day of fun and community! Check out the Facebook event for all the different activities that people are organizing or organize one of your own!

Potluck Time at Big Creek Park Marina

This potluck kicks off our Beach Baptism Service, so don’t miss it! Sign up to bring something for the potluck, and meet us (if you’re not already there!) at Big Creek Park Shelter 3. There will be power strips provided for crockpots and a full-size refrigerator provided for cold dishes.

Worship + Testimonies + Baptisms at Big Creek Park Marina
Let’s proclaim Jesus with worship and testimonies! Join us as people from our church family publicly declare that their life is committed to Jesus through baptism! There’ll be passionate worship, bold preaching and beach baptisms! (Big Creek Park Shelter 3)
