Glorifying God • Equipping Women • Making Disciples
Seeking to glorify God as we equip women and make disciples.
"So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31
What is a workshop?
Each workshop will apply Bible study skills and techniques to the topic of building relationships. Together, we will use a study tool and dive into God's Word together and learn how to build authentic, meaningful relationships.
Why should I go to a workshop?
We all want to grow in friendships and relationships. Yet, many of us don't know how. We want the church to provide more activities and more get-togethers hoping and wishing those will fill our needs. But, after we leave, we still feel like we were not heard on a deeper level and long for more.
If you are looking for casual, fun events, workshops may not be for you. Instead, check out the Harvest Women events scheduled throughout the year. If you desire to find the keys to building lasting relationships that matter, join us. The cost is free, but space is limited, so registration is encouraged.
Idols of the Heart
Friday, September 6 • 6:30-8:00p
God calls us to have no other gods before Him and yet our hearts are full of idol factories - manufacturing idols of comfort, ease, control, approval of man, money, success, and so much more. These idols dishonor God and frequently wreck our relationships. In this workshop, we will be examining idolatry and investigating our own hearts that we may put those idols aside and worship God alone.
Friday, November 1 • 6:30-8:00p
Conflict is a common experience for all of us and can occur in any relationship we have. In this workshop, we will investigate causes of our conflicts and how to address it and honor God in how we respond taking practical steps to solve it.
